Most small business owners are really good at their actual work. What they're not is a systems person. I come in, build the infrastructure that's been on the list forever, document everything, and hand it back. Then I leave.
About
Millions built in Sales Pipeline. Salesforce built from scratch. 450% partner growth in year one. 135% revenue recovery. MS Sports Administration.
Two clients at a time. Flat fee, defined scope, defined end date. No retainers — ever. Everything I build is yours to keep the moment it's built.
Based in Summit County, Colorado. I understand this market — the seasonality, the staffing realities, what a powder day does to your operation. That local knowledge isn't something a remote consultant can replicate.
Two Ways to Work Together
For businesses that have traction but no real systems.
You've been meaning to get the CRM set up. The SOPs written. The guest communication automated. But it keeps getting pushed because there's always something more urgent. I take that whole list, build it properly, document everything clearly enough that anyone on your team can use it, and hand it back at the end of 90 days. After that it runs without me.
For anyone with an idea that needs a real plan before they start.
You have something you want to build but you're not sure how to structure it, what to charge, whether the market is there, or where to start. I spend 30 days figuring that out with you. You get a complete picture — what the business is, how it makes money, what systems it needs, and exactly what to do in the first 90 days. My job is to make sure you're not guessing.
How It Works
Before anything starts, you know exactly what I'm building, what it costs, and when it's done. That's not a guarantee — it's just how I work.
Not a sales call. I want to understand what's actually going on in your business. If I think I can genuinely help, I'll say how. If I don't, I'll say that too.
You get a scope document before anything starts. What I'm building, what it costs, when it's done. We agree on everything in writing.
For 30 or 90 days I'm focused on your project. You'll hear from me every week. If something changes, you hear it from me before I do anything about it.
A final session where we go through everything built. Your team gets trained. Every SOP is documented. Then I'm done and you're running.
What Every Engagement Includes
The CRM, the SOPs, the automations, the website — all of it is yours the moment I build it. No licensing fees, no ongoing dependency, no reason to keep paying me once the engagement is done.
That's a deliberate limit. Not because I can't manage more — because I do better work when I'm not spread thin. If I'm working with you, you're not competing with four other clients for my attention.
Flat fee, defined scope, defined end date. You know what you're getting before we start. If something changes the scope mid-engagement, I tell you before I do anything about it.
If what you need isn't something I can genuinely help with, I'll say so in the first conversation and point you somewhere better. I'd rather lose the business than take your money and underdeliver.
Weekly updates, nothing hidden. If something isn't going the way I expected, you'll hear it from me before you have to ask.
If I can help you, I'll say exactly how and what it costs. If I can't, I'll point you somewhere better. I'm not interested in taking your money to figure things out on your dime.
Who This Is For
The clients who get the most out of this work are the ones willing to implement what gets built. The system only works if someone runs it.
I build the infrastructure. What you do with it determines the outcome. That's honest — and it's the only way this works.
For Context
I mention these not to impress you but because the question I get most is "have you done this before." Yes. Salesforce built from scratch at a company that had never used a CRM. A partner program rebuilt from referrals to a documented outbound system. Complete businesses — model, brand, financials, launch plan — built in under 30 days.Paige Burkett · Brickhouse Operations · Summit County, CO
